Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,345 m)
Airport pick-up, hotel check-in, and evening trek briefing.
Settle into your accommodation and enjoy your first taste of Nepali hospitality.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840 m) and trek to Phakding (2,610 m) – ~3.5 hrs
Scenic mountain flight followed by a gentle hike along the Dudh Koshi River.
Walk past prayer stones and small villages to ease into trekking life.
Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) – ~6 hrs
Cross suspension bridges and climb steadily into the bustling Sherpa capital.
Namche offers your first glimpse of Mt. Everest on a clear day.
Day 4: Acclimatization Day – Explore Namche and hike to Everest View Hotel
Short hike to a higher altitude (3,880 m) to help your body adapt.
Visit the Sherpa museum or local cafés overlooking the stunning peaks.
Day 5: Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m) – ~5 hrs
Walk through rhododendron forests and arrive at the famous Tengboche Monastery.
The backdrop of Ama Dablam from the monastery is absolutely majestic.
Day 6: Trek to Dingboche (4,360 m) – ~6 hrs
Descend to the river and ascend gradually into the alpine region.
You'll begin to feel the thinner air and notice a change in vegetation.
Day 7: Acclimatization Day – Hike to Nangkartshang Hill (~5,100 m)
Gain elevation during this side hike and return to sleep low in Dingboche.
This crucial day boosts your chance of success at higher altitudes.
Day 8: Trek to Lobuche (4,940 m) – ~5 hrs
Pass memorials dedicated to lost climbers on the way to a glacial valley.
Stunning views of Nuptse and the Khumbu Glacier dominate this section.
Day 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), overnight at Gorak Shep (5,170 m) – ~8 hrs
Reach the legendary base camp and stand in awe of the world’s highest peak.
After photos and rest, return to Gorak Shep for the night.
Day 10: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m), then descend to Pheriche (4,270 m) – ~7 hrs
Early morning climb to the best viewpoint of Everest and surrounding giants.
Descend to Pheriche for a well-earned rest in thicker air.
Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar – ~7 hrs
Retrace your steps, descending through forests and stone villages.
Celebrate with warm food, bakeries, and Wi-Fi in Namche!
Day 12: Trek to Lukla – ~6 hrs
Final hike through familiar trails and riverside settlements.
Relax and reflect on your journey at your lodge in Lukla.
Day 13: Fly back to Kathmandu – Free day
Return flight to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
Optional: Visit Thamel for shopping, spa, or celebratory dinner.
Day 14: Departure or Next Adventure
Airport drop-off for international flight or onward travel.
